The quiet surrounds create a perfect retreat and can be enjoyed all year round with incredible sunsets. The space The Main bedroom has a queen size bed and large smart tv overlooking the golf course with private ensuite with a bath and a shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the pool and Marina with its own bathroom with shower. The Lounge room has a large smart tv with a modern kitchen with full size fridge, oven and cooktop. Kitchen is equipped with a variety of cooking appliances including a pod coffee machine, filtered water, microwave and air fryer. Cooking condiments are supplied as well as breakfast cereals, spreads, coffee pods, coffee, assorted teas and pantry treats. Located on the ground floor, there are stairs from the carpark but there is access by a path next to the road if you wish to avoid any stairs as well as a drop off bay next to the front door. The apartment above is also available to rent with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. If you have a larger group you can book together and enjoy the balcony as a group with a large table that seats 8 as well as additional seating. During your stay enjoy a game of golf on the Wirrina Golf Course . Casual games without a membership are allowed subject to booking and availability. Cruise the local coastline on the Big Duck Sea Wirrina Cruise departing from the Marina from October to April showcasing the amazing coastline and sealife or enjoy the world famous beaches of Second Valley, Rapid Bay, Normanville and Carrickalinga only just around the corner. Only a 15 minute drive to Cape Jervis and the ferry to Kangaroo Island for a day trip or a stopover on the way there. Guest access The whole apartment and balcony are yours alone. The Pool and Barbeque area is open to all guests in the apartments and available from December to April with access using Pool Key located in the apartment. Allocated parking is under the building in parking bay marked on the ground unit 26 near the end of the row. Additional parking is available in the horizontal unmarked parks adjacent to the allocated parks. Other things to note Pool is seasonal available December to April
