Gîte "le grand Hivernal" - La Rogerie: 14 pers

In the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park, on the edge of the lake region, close to the Hedgehog Falls (25 min), and at the foot of the cross-country skiing, sledding and snowshoeing trails in winter, this apartment is on the first floor of an old Franche-Comté farmhouse renovated into several cottages. ATTENTION, Prénovel is located at an altitude of 950 m, we hope for snow but we can in no way guarantee it!! The first alpine ski slopes are 25 minutes from the cottage The space My accommodation consists of two cottages that have been combined. So you can enjoy: - a large living room in which to eat together - a cozier living room - 2 fully equipped kitchens - a mezzanine with games for children - 3 bathrooms - 3 toilets - 6 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (please note this is an alcove room so no window) Bedroom 2: 3 single beds Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and 1 single bed Bedroom 4: 1 double bed and 1 baby bed Bedroom 5: 1 double bed and 1 baby bed Bedroom 6: 2 single beds and baby games. Outside the cottage, you can enjoy outdoor tables, a badminton volleyball court, a petanque court, barbecues and deckchairs and even a small garden of aromatic plants to enhance your meals. Please note, your gîte is attached to other gîtes, the 6 barbecues, 8 tables etc... are for everyone :) if necessary, do not hesitate to communicate with the neighbors, you can always benefit from the facilities by asking nicely :) The cleaning fee is not included in the rate, possible fee of €140 to be paid on site Guest access If you can't find the cottage, follow the Jurassic Burger sign in Prénovel, they're our neighbors Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Remember, you're not alone in the building. You must therefore respect the peaceful nature of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. This is not a party room ;). Fireworks and other rockets and firecrackers are PROHIBITED ;) . Info for doggies :) : We have made the choice to welcome your dogs, cats, etc. in our cottages and know that they are really welcome. Out of respect for the services I offer you, so that your stay and those to come go smoothly, here are the tips for good behavior to respect (For the "vast majority" of you, I know that these rules will seem more than obvious to you! Thank you in advance for your understanding and sincerely regret having to formulate them): If your dog is likely to bark a lot or cause damage because it absolutely cannot stand loneliness; it must not be left alone in the cottage // Do not use the duvets, blankets and sofa throw for your dog to lie on. Please provide the necessary // It must not sleep on and in the beds // Please pick up its waste, put it in an appropriate bag and then in the outside trash bin (* not in the composter)
