We’re walking distance to the Highland Square Mall, grocery store, multiple restaurants, and beautiful walking trails. The space Welcome to our cozy and stylish two bedroom one bathroom private home including a queen and double bed. Enjoy the entire one level home with an unfinished basement which only contains the laundry facilities for guests staying 5 nights or longer. Cozy, clean, and comfortable hotel quality linens. This is a “smart” home including a nest thermostat, nest lock, nest smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, a mesh wifi system, and external 24/7 video surveillance for your peace of mind. Enjoy the back deck and yard in the warmer months and watch the many deer passing through. With our central location our home is the perfect location for business people, travelling workers, sport enthusiasts attending local tournaments and events, families, nurses and doctors, people attending appointments at the Aberdeen Hospital, and people just visiting family or stopping through! The living room has a 55” TV and the primary bedroom has a small TV which are both equipped with Roku Express where you can sign into any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, DisneyPlus, Amazon Prime, Crave, etc) to watch on the TV. Our home was built in 1952, but is very well maintained and newly updated but we try to maintain some of its history. The house is not child proof and there are no baby supplies (high chair etc) but families are welcome!
