Check-in at 4:00 PM Check-out at 1:00 PM BEDROOMS All bedrooms has AC and own bathrooms with hot shower, bidet, and hair dryer - Bedroom 1: 2 single-double bunk beds w/ 2 single pull out (8 pax) - Bedroom 2: 4 single-single bunk beds (8 pax) - Bedroom 3: 5 single-queen bunk bed w/ 2 single pull out (17 pax) - Bedroom 4: 1 king bed (2 pax) KITCHEN A fully equipped open kitchen with basic kitchenware and tools, and a 12-seater dining table. - Basic kitchen wares like pots, pans, knives, chopping board, spatula and tongs. - Basic dinner wares like plates, bowls, utensils, mugs, glasses. - Electric kettle, rice cooker, and microwave. - Refrigerator, and chest freezer. - Gas stove and a BBQ charcoal grill. Guests are encouraged to bring own towels and toiletries. - 1 water dispenser gallon per night of stay. ₱50 for additional refills. - Use of LPG gas. - Fresh bed linens and flat sheets. - Fast WiFi connection PARKING - Indoor parking within the villa premises for up to 2 cars. - Outdoor parking is allowed. Guest access The entire villa is private and only yours to use. You have access to all amenities inside the villa - relax by the pool, lounge at the gazebo, sing karaoke, play, and enjoy your time with your group. Other things to note Pool Guidelines - The pool is 4ft-5ft deep max. Standard temperature is warm/hot. Request for cold water must be advised prior check-in as water temperature will take time to adjust. - Children below 12y/o must be supervised by an adult at all times. - Please shower before entering the pool. - No diving, rough play, or running around the perimeter of the pool—safety first! - No food, drinks, or glass containers in or near the pool. Please leave it clean all the times. - No footwear inside the pool. However please put your footwear immediately after use of pool, since the floor is very slippery when wet. - The pool is open 24hrs, please be mindful of the volume to be considerate to our neighbors. - The Management shall not be held liable for injuries or damages of the guests. Don't forget to bring necessities.
