Guest access You will have full access to the apartment and to the building’s common areas, including the pet park (pets must be on a leash at all times), pool, gym, and top-floor common areas, when available. The restaurant on the first floor opens at 2:00 p.m. Free parking is provided in the assigned space (Floor 1, spot 05). Due to building security regulations: • All guests must be registered in advance with full name and valid ID or passport. • Parking access requires the vehicle plate number to be provided in advance. • Visitors are NOT allowed for stays of less than 6 nights. • For stays of 6 nights or more, visitors must be requested and registered in advance. • Guests traveling with minors must present passports or official ID proving the family relationship (parent or legal guardian). If minors are traveling without their parents, a signed authorization from the parents or legal guardians is required. These rules are established by building management and are mandatory for all guests. Other things to note Access to the cinema is restricted. Use of services is included in the rate; however, some services may not be available due to reservations or maintenance work. The guest will be fully responsible for damages. ❀ The swimming pool does not require reservations. ❀ The pool is open from 5 a. m. to 10:00 p. m. ❀ Use of the fitness center is 24/7, but housekeeping is from 11:00 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. When you want to use the amenities, simply go to the 31st floor; areas are free access unless reserved (if reserved, you'll find a purple sign on the door).
