An open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with handcrafted furniture and boho colours awaits. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy your private cinema. There’s also a convenient loo and welcoming entrance. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a bright en-suite, while the second double is next to a modern bathroom. The space Welcome to our rural home in Groombridge! Please make use of the whole home apart from the two locked rooms on the second floor. The ground floor is open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is ample and you will find everything you will need in the cupboards and drawers. The dining table under the glass roof is large with plenty of space for 4 people. The living room has two sofas, a log burner and large projector with surround sound (flip the second sofa around to have a 2-row cinema). Up the spiral stairs you will find the piano and the first double-bedroom and separate bathroom. Towels will be in your bedroom. There is a chest at the foot of the bed and a hat-stand for hanging clothes. Up two further flights of stairs (you get a free workout here!) to the third floor is the master double with en-suite where there are drawers in the cupboard to the left of the bed and hanging in the cupboard to the right. The chest at the foot of the bed is also available. In the ensuite there is some shelf space in the left-hand cupboard should you need it. Towels will be ready on the radiator. Other things to note We live here year-round and While there’s plenty of space for your things, our belongings will remain in the rooms. If you're after a 5-star hotel experience, this may not be the right fit. But if you'd like to feel like you're staying at a friend's cozy home, you've found the perfect place!
