ATTENTION: In case of loss of the TAG/ACCESS KEY to the accommodation, a FINE of R$100.00 will be charged to cover the costs of calling a locksmith and/or acquiring a new TAG/KEY. Linen: - Composed of 1 sheet for bed lining, 1 sheet for covering, pillowcases, and bath towels according to the number of guests inserted in the reservation, plus 1 face towel per bathroom. Important Information: Breakfast: Not included in the daily rates. Cleaning and change of bed/bath linen: Performed only once, upon entering the accommodation. Access to the Gym and Pool: As common areas. Failures in arrangement/cleaning: Must be reported immediately. Unauthorized visits: Not allowed. Use of the service elevator: For luggage. Prohibited: - Drying objects on the window. - Throwing waste through windows, balconies, or common areas. Fine: R$ 100.00 per damaged piece when using bath towels improperly. Daily rates: Vary according to demand. Direct contact with the host: From 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Parking: - Rotative, subject to availability of space. Other things to note Important: Attention to Apartment Usage Rules! Damages and Fines: In case of damages, the replacement value of the damaged item will be charged. Do not use body and face towels as floor cloths to avoid a fine of R$ 100.00 per damaged piece. The same applies to sheets, towels, and pillowcases stained with makeup or colored sunscreen. Reservation Procedure: After confirming the reservation, the host will request a photo of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, accompanied by a selfie. For each companion, the same procedure will be necessary. This is our security standard to ensure peace of mind for both you and us. Check-In and Check-Out Time: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. The period between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM is reserved for cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guest.
