Nestled in the heart of wine country, in the beautiful Hunter Valley, this new (2024) 2 bedroom, 5 bed apartment is perfect for a family or friend getaway. Located in historic Branxton, it is an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town, where you will find a country pub as well as a supermarket, bakery, pharmacist, liquor store, butcher, cafés, takeaway food, parks, a swimming pool and Branxton Golf Club. And of course, our famous Hunter Valley wineries are just a short drive away. The space Welcome to Your Home Away From Home! This charming guesthouse features a private entrance separate from the main residence, along with a front verandah and back deck exclusively for our guests. Bedrooms: The master bedroom boasts an incredibly comfortable bed with luxury linens, universal device chargers, a ceiling fan, and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom is equally inviting, offering a comfortable bed with a pull-out single trundle underneath. A port-a-cot with linen is available upon request. This room also includes a wardrobe with children’s books and toys, plus cushions for outdoor seating and shelving for your belongings. Living Space: Unwind in the living room on the comfortable leather sofa, enjoy meals at the dining table, or watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and complimentary Netflix. Climate control is a breeze with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a natural gas heater. Perfect for wine enthusiasts, we provide beautiful glass and crystalware for you to enjoy your local purchases from the Hunter Valley’s world renowned vineyards. Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, full-size dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, electric kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. We supply cookware, tableware, essential cooking ingredients, condiments, and a selection of teas and coffees—our treat! Laundry: Convenience is key with a 2-in-1 washer/dryer and a hanging rack for air drying clothes. Bathroom: The spacious bathroom includes a luxurious shower stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels for all guests. Essentials: We provide dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, cleaning products, paper towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please note: Strictly no smoking inside the guesthouse. Evidence of smoking inside will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee. A mid-stay clean is required for stays of 8 days or more. This will include a professional clean with fresh linens and towels This will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee. Additional cleans during your stay are also available. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. The apartment is attached to a private residence nextdoor but has its own entrance, front verandah and back deck. Don’t worry though, members of our family live in the house next door and they can’t wait for Pammy’s Place to be hosting you and your family. Access is via the pathway to the left of the garage. The front door is secured with a keypad smart lock. Your entry code will be provided prior to check in. Other things to note This apartment is ideally located, an easy walk to the main street of Branxton but also a short 5 min drive to the new Huntlee Shopping Centre which features a Coles Supermarket as well as Liquorland, a pharmacist, barber, nail salon, medical centre, cafe and take away.
