Elegant Downtown Steamboat Home Walk to Everything

Beautiful, downtown Steamboat home located 2 blocks from Old Town Hot Springs, Natural grocers, and free bus to the mountain and hospital. 10 minute drive to ski area This is a home of Steamboat residents, not a typical rental, and we are looking for seasonal renters who understand the difference. You will have use of the main floor including 2 beds/2.5 baths. All other areas are for home owners use only. This is not a shared home. The space I know what makes a home comfortable and welcoming, and feel that my home is an expression of comfort, elegance, and love. I hope you find it to be as well. Sleeping areas: Bedroom 1: Master with attached full bath, queen bed. Bedroom 2: Guest room with queen bed and dedicated full bath across the hall. Bathrooms: 2.5 bathrooms Large open living area with living room, sitting nooks, dining room and sitting room. Full kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Additional rooms: office and crafts room Plenty of off street parking Covered patio with grill for winter grilling. House is surrounded by large yard filled with pines and aspens. Guest access The entire main floor bedrooms, office, living, dining, sitting areas, kitchen, and laundry room. The downstairs, garage other areas clearly marked, are for the homeowners use only. There will also be items in the cabinets and closets that are marked private, but there is plenty of space for you to store your items. Other things to note Lease: Upon arrival I will do a walk-through of the house and go through a checklist and lease to be signed by all renters. Parking: During the winter there is no street parking allowed by the city. We will have snow removal most days depending on snow fall. Max 2 guests Supplies: We will generously stock the initial soaps, paper products and cleaning supplies. Afterwards, they will be your responsibility. Gas Fireplace: Is available in the sitting room and master bedroom. There is no use of the wood stove in the living room Internet: Luminate fiber optic with google pod extenders Trash Collection: Every Monday early (trash and recycling). You are responsible for putting out the trash the same morning. No trash allowed the night before due to possibly attracting bears. Cleaning: The home should be kept clean during your stay. We have a cleaner that will can come every other week, at your expense. Otherwise there are plenty of cleaning supplies available for your use. Snow removal: Driveways only. We have shovels you may use to help clear the other areas you wish to use around the house. Note: We will make space in all the closets for you, but we will not be able to remove all of our belongings. There are specific areas in the house that will be clearly marked as private. You may not use these items or areas without express consent from the landlord.
