HOUSE RULES 🐴 Smoking: - Smoking is only allowed in the smoking area (upper floor). - If someone is caught smoking a substance other than tobacco, smoking on the ground floor, or leaving cigarette butts lying on the property, a $200 MXN charge will apply. Restricted 🐴 access: - The use of the facilities in the area below the house, including the outdoor living room furniture on the terrace, is not allowed. 🐴 Pets - No pets allowed due to the presence of horses, cattle, dogs, cats, and chickens on the property. 🐴 Events and gatherings: - No events, parties or large gatherings. 🐴 Outside visitors: - The rooms are designed for a maximum of 4 people. - If additional visitors are found (who do not stay overnight), $50 MXN will be charged for each external visitor. 🐴 Damages: - Please inform us immediately if any damage occurs during your stay.
