Lagoinha Beach is approximately 3 km long, and together with Sapê Beach and Maranduba Beach, they form the largest continuous stretch of beach in Ubatuba, totaling 7 km. Lagoinha beach is familiar and shallow and has calm waters, but hospitable kiosks on its shore, it is in a region of cultural Ubatuba, historically rich and important with attractions for all audiences. It also gives access to the 7 beaches trail. The 7 beaches trail in Ubatuba is a 10-km stretch that connects Lagoinha Beach to Fortaleza Beach, passing through Oeste Beach, Peris, Bonete, Grande do Bonete, Desert Beach, Prainha and Cedro Beach. There are Ruins 300 meters from the house, composed of what is left of the old mill of the Bom Retiro farm and the pillars of the supposed first glass factory in Brazil, a historical heritage with a stunning landscape. There are also nearby waterfalls, such as the Vel da Noiva waterfall, which impresses with the grandeur of its incredible 60m granite wall and its waters that fall immensely through the rock. The market and other shops are a 4-minute drive from the house.
