Cosy active house with dog

Great location on bus route and close to M1 and A50 and East Midlands airport. Lots if walks and cycle routes and local eateries. The area is a South Derbyshire gem for outdoors too or just a place to leave car and stay for a flight or business Other things to note This is a home not a show house so bear with any signs of living. I have a tap shower which is perfectly fine and no complaints over 5 years . My dog is an old lady but very friendly
