The kitchen with dishes and cutlery for 12 people, its own seating area, kettle, electric stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, hood, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, large fridge/freezer combination, microwave invites you to linger. From the kitchen you have direct access to the "breakfast terrace", from where you can directly reach a spacious pool (44 m²) with an integrated children's pool (8 m²) as well as the garden. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with adjoining bathroom; the other 3 bedrooms, also with adjoining bathrooms, are on the upper floor of the house. From all rooms you have direct access to the balcony, from where you have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. The house has several spacious terraces and a large balcony upstairs, where you can enjoy the sun and the sunset at any time of the day. Adequate seating is available everywhere. The house is surrounded by a large garden. Only native plants are used there. Part of the garden is planted with lemon, orange and other fruit trees, another part with local herbs.
