Greenfield Village Resort! This unit is a wonderful place to entertain your friends at the resort In the front room, there is a comfortable sofa lounger, perfect for reading in front of the windows to the community. With a king bed in the main bedroom and a full size sofa sleeper in the AZ room (bedroom 2) This is an Active Adult Community for guests aged 55 and older. No exceptions. Per community regulations, a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID is required on site to verify age. The space This is an Active Adult Community for guests aged 55 and older. No exceptions. Per community regulations, a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID is required on site to verify age. *There are 3 stairs to get inside the unit and also 3 steps down to the AZ room/bedroom 2* *Attention City of Mesa and guests. This is NOT a short term rental. Anyone who books for less than a month will have days added to their reservation for free in order to comply with the community rules and city and state rules. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your home away from home! The Arizona room has plenty of seating to watch sports or movies, including two recliners in one of the couches. The other sofa is a sleeper for visiting family/guests! An ample front deck is great for enjoying cool nights and a large back patio with a large grill is wonderful for cooking outdoors and for friendly gatherings! Activities Galore! Fitness Center is open 24 hours! The community offers a lot of activities if you're interested during your stay, there is a dancing hall, Bingo, Pickleball & also tennis courts are open. No code or key needed. The community pool is heated. Pool is located in the middle of the community. It is just East of the residence. There are also 2 spas/hot tubs available for your use. Pool is open 24 hours a day!! Free WiFi and Free wireless internet! No yardwork or any other outside noise is allowed on Sundays. Guest access The entire space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. There is room for one medium size vehicle at the home under the carport. Street parking is available for visitors during the day. Overnight parking is available inside the gated community in a common area for up to 5 days for one additional vehicle. Other things to note In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. *After you pay for your reservation, we would like to have a conversation with you over the phone so we can learn more about you and your group and review the important information with you. * This is a 55+ Community that is guarded 24/7 *There are 3 stairs to get into the park unit* *New users or last minute travelers MAY not be accepted. OR *Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted & *Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. *Primary guests must be 55+ *Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted. *Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted. *10pm-7am is "quiet time". *Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 2 adults at any time. *No street parking is allowed after 10PM *No more than 2 guests at the community pool. *Mid stay cleanings are available for an additional fee.
