Premium Spanish villa with beautiful views

Unique, soothing accommodation with private swimming pool, fantastic views and luxurious decor. The space In the summer months, we offer our unique, soothing villa for rent. The villa of course has air conditioning, luxurious furnishings, a private swimming pool and beautiful views. There are three separate bedrooms (1x 160x200 cm and 2x 180x200 cm), a bathroom with toilet and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Furthermore, there is a kitchen with everything you need, a spacious dining area, a workplace and a spacious living room. There are four different TVs with Netflix subscription in the house for when you prefer to be indoors. Luxury sunbeds can be found by the swimming pool, and various seating areas have been created around the house. The swimming pool and sun loungers are shielded from the main road outside the gate. For the coziness and the late hours, there is a pellet stove in the house. From the villa, it is less than five minutes down the mountain to the village of Riogordo. From there, you can be in Malaga, at the beaches, at the outlet or at the airport in half an hour. Our idea was to create a luxurious villa with all the comforts, but with a cozy atmosphere in the middle of a beautiful Spanish environment. Included in the rental fee: ✅ Use of two air conditioners ✅ Use of swimming pool with biweekly maintenance (November to March the pool is closed) ✅ Use of towels and bedding ✅ Use of fuel for the pellet stove (not applicable from June to September) ✅ Use of the Cortijo's Netflix account ✅ Use of the Internet ✅ Crib (up to 3 years old) possible as an extra sleeping place. Dimensions of the swimming pool: approx. 6 x 2.5 meters. Unfortunately, the house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or disabilities. For people with children, we recommend accompanying them at all times. There are small stairs and steps in and around the house. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in and around the house (i.e. on the entire property) is not allowed.
