Welcome to your cozy getaway! This full basement features a private entrance and off-street parking for one vehicle for your convenience. It comfortably sleeps up to three guests with a full bed and a queen sofa bed. Enjoy a full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with essentials for a relaxing stay. Book your stay today and experience comfort and convenience in a prime location! The space The private basement has a kitchenette with dishes and utensils, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The full bathroom has a stand-up shower with essential toiletries. The sleeping area has a full bed with two nightstands and a lamp with a wardrobe and a full-length mirror. The sitting area has a queen-size sofa sleeper and a TV with access to Netflix and Hulu. There is also a dining area that seats four and a small desk that serves as a private work area. Towels can be found in the drawer of the wardrobe along with additional sheets for the bed. The sheets and pillows for the sofa bed are in the storage space underneath the sofabed, which we can leave out for you upon request. Disclosure: The furnace is located in a locked closet in the basement space. During the colder and warmer months of the year, the furnace may often turn on and make a humming sound. Very light sleepers might need to take this into consideration (earplugs available). Additionally, please keep in mind that during winter months the house temperature is set at 72° F, and during summer months is set at 76° F. A fan and a space heater are available. Guest access Guests only have access to the basement area and the outdoor patio/backyard. The main area of the house is restricted and only accessible in case of fire or emergency.
