There is a patio area to relax and enjoy sunsets or morning coffee. You are close to Naples and great dining in the area. The space The National is the place for fitness and wellness. The state-of-the-art fitness center offers innovative cardio and strength-building equipment. After your workout, you can relax and unwind in the sauna. Outdoors, you can expand your workout routine to include bocce ball and the resort-style pool with lap lanes. Play like a pro on the Har-Tru tennis courts and find all the best brands and gear at the Tennis Pro Shop. The popular pickleball courts offer a comfortable playing surface with plenty of room to improve your game. This is a Master planned community with a resort style of living, and Ave Maria is one of the fastest-growing Master Planned self-sustained communities in America. Most amenities are like a resort pool and tiki bar, and the clubhouse is underway, but the Golf Course is open and running in full swing. The pickleball courts are up and running. My property manager will be reaching out to you for a signed lease agreement to be submitted to the office 15 days before arrival. So, payment is due after signing the lease and 15 days before getting into the system to access the facility.
