There's a $200.00 (1-month rental) Non-Refundable Transfer Fee (if opting for golf) $300.00 (2-month rental) Non-Refundable Transfer Fee (if opting for golf) $400.00 (3-12-month rental) Non-Refundable (if opting for golf)/amenity transfer fee (includes access to pools, tiki bar, pickle-ball courts, tennis courts, unlimited golfing, fitness center, yoga, aerobics, sauna/spa all on property). Additionally, there's a one-time HOA processing fee of $150 to be paid directly to the HOA. HOA approval requires background check for every adult staying in the property. $50 per background check.
