The space This is a 1 bedroom, 1 full bath basement apartment centrally located with easy access to skiing, shopping and all Utah has to offer outside. Guest access You have the entire apartment! There is not trail access to the backyard without first talking to the owners because of our dog but easy access to the trail network behind the house is about 8 houses away. Other things to note There is a dog on the property. Although he has no access to the apartment, the house all runs on the same ventilation so I would caution you if you are allergic to dogs. And he may be on the other side of the gate when you arrive. Entry to the back yard area is not permitted without explicit permission from the owners but you will love the views from your private patio.
