Leila's Cozy Home

Hi! Aconchego da Leila is located in the Alto neighborhood, close to several facilities: markets, restaurants and tourist attractions. The house is in the Casagrande Condominium with 24-hour service and security, shared common areas (swimming pool, courts, game room) and has a parking space nearby. We are a grandmother's house in the mountains, with three floors and an extra touch! PS: In case of late checkout, there will be an increase of 50% on top of the base daily rate of the reservation. The space Our house is the quiet and reserved experience of a grandmother's house within the Casagrande Condominium, known for its characteristic germinated brick houses. As well as Airbnb, it's also a place we love to go, so you can find some personal items such as books, pictures and games that are there for our guests too! No need to worry about bed linen, bath towels or general kitchen utensils - that's on us! We also like to leave some more general breakfast items, such as chocolate drinks, teas and instant coffee, whenever possible. And - yes! - our fondue pot and barbecue grill (which serves up to 6 people comfortably) is for you to use too! We only ask that you always clean them and, if you have questions about how to use them, contact us, as we are here to help you. In our living room, we have a dining area and another area for television and socializing. For now, we do not have cable TV, and sometimes the TV signal that is common to the condominium oscillates due to bad weather or instability. We are sorry for this, but it is connected to the internet, so you can enjoy internet access to use streaming services. Our kitchen is somewhat small, but fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and stove, as well as pots and pans. Everything is at your disposal! Next to it is a small toilet, with only a toilet and sink. On the second floor we have the two bedrooms and the fully equipped master bathroom. We have one double bedroom and one with two single beds. In both there are wooden blinds that let in some light, even if fully closed, creating a subtle and pleasant dimness. In the closets you can find extra blankets, pillows and sheets, if you need more! Above there is an all-wood attic with hatches for daylight to enter - if desired - and a double bed made on top of two pallets. It's our favorite! Oh, it's important to note that its entrance is through the bedroom with two single beds! Keep that in mind :) In the outdoor area - which is free for our guests to use - there is a swimming pool, game room, a recreation court and green areas. It is completely safe - there are numerous employees and the only entrances to it are through the houses themselves or through the main door of the condominium, which can only be opened by key or digital command, so no one enters or leaves through it without the employees' knowledge. There is also a 24-hour camera surveillance system throughout the condominium for your safety, with cameras and night patrols. Remember that because this space is also our space of affection and good memories, we chose to leave personal decorative items in the house that characterize our style of hosting! We know some Airbnb homes are more "aseptic," but that's not how we like to host. If you have any questions about the spaces, just send us a message and we are available to answer any questions! Guest access All areas of the house will be at your disposal during your stay, with the exception of a remote room where we store our personal belongings. All common areas of the condominium will also be at your disposal. Other things to note Please bear in mind that our house shares common areas with other residents, so we ask for mutual respect for everyone in these areas. Also bear in mind that, because it is a two-story building, there is no accessibility for people with reduced mobility. In that case, please let us know so we can arrange the best way to ensure comfort for everyone. To heat the water for bathing and the like, we have two systems: solar energy, for sunny days, and a boiler, for nights and rainy seasons. In the house, all guests will find detailed instructions on how to best use these methods and avoid accidents.
