The space You will live in a beautiful, newly built, spacious villa (75 m²) with 1 bedroom (king size bed), fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with TV projector, air conditioning in both rooms, shower room, outdoor terrace and private pool. In detail: - Living area including fully equipped kitchenette. Dining or work area, 2 sofa beds, air conditioning + fan, blackout, panoramic window. TV projector. Direct access to the terrace. - Bathroom with double washbasin, rain shower, toilet, dressing area, built-in closets, fan. Panoramic window. - Sleeping area has a large double bed with separate mattresses, air conditioning, fan, panoramic windows, blackout, TV projector, direct access to the terrace and pool. There are a total of 4 villas on the extensive, enclosed property. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The villa is in the middle of nature, so a vehicle (car or scooter) is recommended. All amenities are within 5-30 minutes. Mini market and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Bakeries, boat docks and beaches about 10 min. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars in Lamai and Nathon are up to 30 minutes away. The optimal occupancy is 2 people. Not suitable for children under 14.
