Stay with us if you need a functional space with close proximity to the city of Bath! The space Spacious guest suite with private entrance, own bathroom and functional kitchenette. You do not need to go through our main door to the guest suite. Amenities of the guest suite: It comes with a kettle, microwave, basic crockery and cutlery and a double induction hob. The guest suite contains a washer-dryer and a mini fridge-freezer. We provide all linen and towels. The guest suite has Wifi access. There is a smoke alarm at the suite. Please note there is strictly no smoking, vaping or open flames permitted on the property. Candles are not allowed. Access: Access to the suite is self check-in via a Lockbox. Entrance to the guest suite is private. The guest suite is part of our house that is separated via a soundproof locked door. Check in and Check out Check in is anytime after 3pm on your date of arrival and check out is anytime before 10am on your day of departure- we ask that you lock the door and return your key into the lockbox upon departure. Parking: There is space on the driveway in front of the house with EV charger available - please contact us if you want to use the EV charger. Location: The guest suite is located in the residential area in Twerton, that is just at the door’s stop to Lower Bristol road and a 5/10 minute drive to City Centre. The guest suite is in close proximity to nearby shops and eateries, a small Morrisons and post office are 3 minutes’ walk, McDonalds, M&S Food, Lidl supermarket and several pubs are within 10 minutes’ walk. Nearby Puregym Spring Wharf is within 15 minute walk and the nearby Oldfield Park train station is 15/20 min walk. The bus stop for bus 5 to the centre of Bath is within 4minutes walk, the bus passes every 15-20min and takes about 10mins to get into the city centre. The guest suite is 20-30 minutes walk to the Royal United Hospitals, Bath. Bus 20 brings you from the door step of our house to the main entrance of the RUH every hour. Our guest suite is a perfect location for those working, studying in Bath. We particularly welcome students on placement at the RUH. Guest access You have access to all of the suite and shared access to our garden.
