Ideal for couples, vacationers, SAP visitors, and tourists who want to visit Heidelberg, Mannheim or Karlsruhe or explore Kraichgau and Kurpfalz. Two bus stops and several lines provide good access to public transport. The apartment consists of a combined living/sleeping room (bed 1.60 x 2.00 m) with an integrated kitchen and a separate bathroom. Wi-Fi is included. For a younger child, an extra bed (mattress on the floor) is possible on request. There is plenty of street parking, bicycle storage in the courtyard or, if necessary, in the garage. The garden can also be used by arrangement. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the entire property. Anonymous overnight stays are not possible! I would like to draw attention to a legal matter. It's about the registration requirement for tourist accommodation. This includes a place to stay offered through Airbnb. I ask all guests to fill out a registration form. According to §29 and §30 of the Federal Registration Act (BMG), I am obliged to do so. If I do not comply with this obligation, it is an administrative offense that can be punished with up to 1000 euros. Guests are obliged to fill out the registration form by hand on the day of arrival.
