Description

The Hot Corner is the next closest thing to home! Directly across from Dreams Park, you’ll be within walking distance of the grocery store, liquor store, Dunkin’, McDonald’s, and local entertainment. It doesn’t get more central than the Hot Corner (that’s third base for non–baseball fans). This listing is for the main house (4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths). A separate listing for a 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin on the same property rents separately for an additional nightly fee and sleeps up to 4. The space The property has two houses; this listing is for the main one. You’ll share the grassy areas with the guest house (swingset, horseshoes, fire pit, picnic tables) but you will have your own grill. The main house sleeps 9: two queens, one full, and three twins (one is a trundle). Each bedroom has a TV, plus a 70" Roku in the living room. Crib, Graco stroller, and high chair are always on site. No smoking indoors, please. Guest access Airbnb will send you a Schlage code a few hours before check-in—no keys to track. You’ll have access to the main house and shared grassy areas, plus your own grill. The guesthouse cabin (sleeps 4) rents separately, so another family may be on the property. The garage is under renovation and closed to guests. Other things to note New for this year! CENTRAL AC and a CENTRAL DEHUMIDIFIER! No muggy hot accommodations for you! Please note: this is a 100-year-old farmhouse. We purchased the property in September 2024 and are gradually renovating and modernizing while preserving its historic charm. Like many older homes, it comes with a few creaks and quirks, which we hope you’ll find part of its character.
