Late Check-Out: Unfortunately, we do not offer late check-out options; the latest check-out time is 10 AM. If you need to depart later than 10 AM, consider booking an additional night and coordinate your request with our customer service. Please be aware that there may be additional charges for early check-in and late check-out requests. Other things to note ● PARKING: For parking, there is ample space in the driveway. ● CAMERA: Please be aware that there is a security camera positioned outside the property, monitoring the driveway area. This is in place to observe the coming and going of cars in the driveway, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. ● CANCELATION: We follow a strict cancellation policy and are unable to modify dates or provide additional refunds for confirmed bookings. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any changes to your plans or personal reasons that may prevent you from using the accommodation. ● Free to Air TV Channels (FTA): Our property does not offer traditional TV channels, but fear not! We've provided you with access to many internet-based programs, like YouTube. ● SMOKING: Smoking, including cigarettes and E-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the property and even on the balconies. Guest can smoke outside as long as cigarette butts are disposed of properly. ● PETS: Pets are allowed. While pets are welcome, please be aware that any damages caused by them may result in additional charges. Guests are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and if our cleaning staff discovers any waste left behind, extra fees may apply. ● BAGGAGE STORAGE: For security reasons, we cannot provide baggage storage on the property. ● FOOTWEAR: We kindly request that no shoes be worn on the carpet. ● JUMPING: Please refrain from jumping on the bed or sofa. ● NOISE: Enter and leave the home quietly to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please be reminded that loud noises, music, and other disturbances may negatively impact the experience of neighbors; please note if we receive a complaint, fines will apply from $2000 AUD. ● EXTRA LINENS/EXTRA TOWELS: Additional linens are available upon request for an extra $35 per set. Please notify us in advance before your arrival if you require this service. We implemented a policy of providing one towel per person during the stay, as part of our commitment to environmental conservation. However, if you need extra, it's $10/pc. Spare linens found in the property are also considered extra. We only provide 1 linen set (3 bedsheets, 4 pillowcases, 2 bath towels) per bed. Thus, using spare linens will incur additional charges, and please inform us if they are used. ● BASIC TOILETRIES AND HOUSEHOLD ESSENTIALS: We provide basic toiletries and household essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, and laundry soap) in limited quantities. Once these run out, you will need to purchase additional supplies. Additional charges will apply if you require us to deliver more during your stay. ● ARRANGEMENT CHANGES: Please refrain from touching, moving, or altering the arrangement or set of any furniture within the property. We've carefully curated the space to ensure your comfort and safety. ● CHECK-OUT: When checking out, please leave the property clean and tidy. ● DAMAGES: If you notice any damage in the property upon arrival, we recommend taking photographs and promptly sharing them with the Aircabin Customer Service team via your booking channels. It's best to do so as soon as you've settled in at the property rather than until check-out. Guests are responsible for covering the costs of any breakages or damage and any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean. ● PARTY: Parties are strictly prohibited.
