The great room boasts a wall of windows overlooking the East Reservoir, one of 2 lakes in the chain that allows waterskiing and wake activities. The main level bath has been updated and includes a jetted tub to relax and recharge. A newly renovated lower level offers ample space to spread out and plenty of closet space. The lower level bathroom offers a washer and dryer for your convenience. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are complimentary. Lakeview Cottage has a deck off the great room for basking in the summer sun. Guest access Lakeview Cottage guests have access to the entire home and the driveway. Other things to note For your safety and the security of the property, exterior cameras are at all entry points of the home. Carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors are on every level. Fire extinguisher in the kitchen and a first aide kit in the main bathroom. House rules strictly prohibit smoking, parties or pets on premises. Lakeview Cottage is equipped with a Wynd-Sentry smoke detection unit that includes cigarettes, weed and vapes. If notification is received on the app that any kind of smoke is present in the home, guests will be removed immediately with no refund and a $500 smoking fee will be added to your stay.
