This house offers a seamless self-check-in with a key safe. Bedroom Indulge in the comfort of a king-size Sleeping Duck bed, adorned with luxurious pure French linen sheets. Enjoy the serene garden view. The spacious ensuite features double vanity sinks and a bath for one (or two!), perfect for a relaxing bubble bath or a lavender soak, accompanied by your favorite beverage (not supplied). Pamper yourself with lavish towels and Australian-made, cruelty-free bathroom products during your stay. Living Area The living area is equipped with a google TV offering free-to-air channels and all your favourite streaming apps ready for you to log into. It’s an ideal space to unwind, listen to music on Alexa or the bluetooth speaker, read a book, or play a game. Dining Area & Kitchen The dining area overlooks a picturesque Tuscan outdoor space and connects to a sparkling Smeg kitchen. You’ll find breakfast essentials like muesli, organic oats, tea, Lavazza coffee pods, and milk, along with other pantry staples available for your use. Outdoor Space The Tuscan-inspired back courtyard is a delightful spot for your morning coffee and outdoor dining. With a soothing smart controlled Statue fountain and beautiful night time lighting perfect to enjoy a nice cool drink of your making. Parking Parking is available on the street in front of the property. Accessibility There are four steps up to the front gate from the driveway and ten steps up to the front door. Alternatively, you can walk up the left-hand side of the property where there is one step up to the path and one step entering via the back door. Guest access You will have private sole use of this Tuscan-inspired house, including a king suite bedroom with lovely garden views and an ensuite. Enjoy the comfortable living and dining areas, and a sparkling Smeg kitchen that opens to a peaceful resort style outdoor dining space with a water feature. Other things to note Other Things to Note This house is fully electric, having transitioned away from gas. It features a split system for heating and cooling, an induction stovetop, and electric hot water. Please note that the gas log fire is purely ornamental, and the gas ducted heating is not connected (use the split system instead).
