The mountain house

Our Mountain House has an amazing view of the Lake/Ocean on clear sky. The apartment is 2BD/ 1BA located on the 2nd floor with a self check-in keypad. It has a private balcony, living room and kitchenette. We are surrounded by 16 acres of nature with plenty of wildlife to explore. Sightsee migratory birds. bonfire pit on spacious terrace, and playground for kids. Recommended occupancy 4, more are considered on a case by case basis The drive is a dirt drive way but you due not need 4 wheel drive The space COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS: Instant Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, Tea bags, 5 Gallon Water jug, Salt/Pepper shakers, Canola cooking oil spray bottle, Shampoo & Conditioner. Extra Blankets & Towels are located inside Wooden Chest in living room. BATHROOM/SINKS: We run on SEPTIC and WATER WELL. This is an old house with a vintage pipe system. To avoid clogging please DO NOT Flush/ Throw any Items/Food in Toilet/Bathtub/Sinks. Dispose all items in trashcan. ANIMALS: We encourage you to visit our animals on-site, goats and chickens. Please let us know if you're interested so we can safely introduce you to them. You can also purchase organic eggs from us at $5 a dozen if available. DOGS: If you are bringing your dog... Please DO NOT let them on our furniture (bed, couch and futon) or blankets as it's very difficult to clean/get rid of dog hair. Also, regardless of how tempted you are (we know they're adorable!) Please DO NOT let the dogs in the Airbnb NOR feed them without prior consultation. Guest access APPLIES TO LONG TERM GUEST ONLY LAUNDRY ROOM: Requires prior notification to make sure someone is home to accommodate your usage. Usage hours shall be between 9AM to 5PM. Please consult with us for special functions such as comforters, mats, pillows etc. Please understand when using our machines that we are not to be held liable for any damages done to your items as would be expected if you were at a laundry mat. Detergent is not provided, please bring your own. BALCONY: Please do not hang any items on the railings or leave any items outside. Only outdoor furniture or plants are allowed on balcony. MAIL: If you will be having any sort if mail delivered to our home please be aware of the following. Packages will rarely be delivered to door. They are left halfway up the road sometimes even at our neighbors property. INSPECTIONS: We reserve the right to do unit inspections when needed for maintenance and appliances. There will a 24 hour notice before entering. Other things to note Hiking trails, Vineyard's, Casinos, and local restaurants all within a 10 minutes distance. 20/30 minutes to surrounding cities: West: Eastlake, Otay Ranch and Chula Vista. North: Rancho San Diego and El Cajon. Northwest: Spring Valley, Coronado, Downtown and Airport. East: Alpine and Descanso South East: Dulzura, Barret Junction, and Tecate. South: Imperial Beach, San Ysidro and Tijuana. DIRT ROAD to The Mountain House. 4x4 vehicle NOT required. ALL cars make it up the first dirt section the second section is NOW PAVED. SMOKING: Is NOT allowed indoors. If you smoke outside please properly dispose of cigarette buds if any. QUIET TIME: Please be mindful and avoid any excessive noise or activities between 11PM and 7AM Sunday through Friday. NO PARTIES. KITCHENETTE: Is combined with living room space.
