The space Beautiful newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fresh, open and inviting home. Has a large carport along with street parking. Close to shops, transport, hospital, beaches, cafes, dining and beaches. Lovely quiet area on the Peninsula to stay, relax and unwind. Guest access Guests have access to the full house and yard (except for the lock up garage.) There is a large carport with a roller door outfront for guests to park their cars/small truck or possibly a caravan. ( Please note the height of the front roller door is 2.35metres tall) Other things to note I have opened up my home to allow pets however I do ask that they stay outside the house only. There are secure areas both grassy and under cover for pooches to relax. Due to some guests having severe allergies to pet hair along with both sanitary issues and potential flea outbreaks within the carpets unfortunately I am unable to allow pets within the house itself. I have provided poo bags if you can also please ensure your dog has been fully cleaned up after and nothing has been left around the yard. Muchly appreciated. Pet bowls have also been provided.
