Welcome to your dream home by the sea! This house is located in the picturesque Mellbystrand, perfect for both relaxation and adventure. With just a few hundred meters to the vast sandy beach, you can enjoy sunny days and lovely evenings by the sea. The large leafy plot is private and offers seating in several directions. 3 bedrooms and a sleeping alcove as described. For the active, there is a fitness trail, an MTB trail and an outdoor gym 500 meters away. The space 1st Floor On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa bed. In the spacious toilet, there is a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. From the kitchen, you are led into the living room and dining area. From the dining area, you are greeted by a spacious wooden deck where you can enjoy the sun both during the day and evening. When you come back from saltwater swimming in the sea, take the opportunity to enjoy a shower in the outdoor shower. 2nd Floor Welcome to the second floor. Here you will find two bedrooms furnished with double beds. In addition, there is a charming sleeping alcove with a larger single bed and a toilet, making this an ideal place for family and friends. The spacious balcony is an oasis for relaxation and socializing where you can enjoy the evening meal while you are embraced by the lukewarm breeze and the evening's last rays of sunshine. Other things to note There are duvets, pillows, blankets and a folding cot. There is also a crib of 140x70 cm that can be brought out if needed. - Please bring your own linen and towels. If you want to rent bed linen and towels, we can offer it at a cost of 150SEK per person. There is a possibility to charge the car at a fee. You can also add cleaning for a fee.
