The pool with the large terrace might be the place you will be spending most of your time, as you will be attracted by the beautiful views of the sky, green grassland with trees, birds, and cattle from our neighbor's land. The king-size bedroom features an en suite bathroom and a big-screen smart TV, while there's a second TV in the main living area. The living area offers the perfect space to share. The high ceilings and large screened sliding windows make it a special place to enjoy this space. Choose one of the books available or connect the Smart TV to your personal accounts using our high-speed satellite WiFi. Walk the 2 acres of property to connect with nature. Check the upper side of the land to find a unique natural garden of large stones. *Given the setting this property features, it is not recommended for minors. Ask us if you have any questions. Guest access Guests will have access to all the areas of the house. Other things to note If possible, arrange to arrive during daylight, as the streets can be dark at night (dirt road). No paper towels provided, sorry. Due to several incidents with paper towels in the sewered drainage, no matter how much toilet paper is provided, and after a few thousand in repairs, we made the decision to remove the paper towels. You will have available microfiber towels. PLEASE: Do not flush anything down the toilet, anything except biological waste. No paper, no hygiene items, no wet towels, no intimate protection, no diapers. Thanks for your help and understanding! We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. Don't forget your meds at home or on the main island. Only one pharmacy on Vieques with limited operational time. Pool depth 4'6" Why is this property not good for kids? Safety concerns. The pool doesn't have a fence; the only barrier between the inside of the house and the pool is the sliding door (easy access) and the iron gate. Also, this property is on a slope. One area of the pool has a 9' drop to the ground. An unattended kid can have an accident easily. We do not manage or have any control over the local water or power companies. We guarantee that all utilities are up-to-date prior to each guest’s arrival, and proof of this can be provided if necessary. By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the property does not include a power generator or water cistern and that the host will not be responsible for any service interruptions caused by external factors. No compensation will be provided for outages or service loss beyond our control.
