Welcome to our freshly renovated studio in the bustling heart of Kato Paphos, located within the vibrant Paphos Gardens complex. Ideal for two guests, this studio offers modern comfort steps away from Paphos’s top attractions. Enjoy complimentary access to a range of complex amenities, including pool, gym, and tennis court. With local beaches, historic sites, and a lively dining scene within walking distance, it’s the perfect base for exploring the beauty and culture of Cyprus. The space The Studio is part of the many blocks of Paphos Gardens, located on the ground floor, and includes a private garden area with outdoor furniture. It has a fully equipped kitchen, it is Airconditioned, with fast wifi and strong signal. There is a large smart TV with Netflix connected. We offer clean bedlinen and towels, as well as a rich welcome package, meant to get you started on your holidays. - The Studio is only 5 minutes walk to SODAP beach, with several more beaches to the left and right to choose from. - It is 15-20 minutes walk to the Paphos Harbour, and the popular Agiou Antoniou Street, also known as "Bar Street". - There is several kiosks/small shops around the area, and a larger supermarket called PopLife about 15 minutes walk from the Studio. - You can also get to Aphrodite Waterpark, which is a lot of fun for both kids and adults. It is 5 minutes drive from the studio, or 35 minutes walk. Needless to say, the neighbourhood is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants nearby. Guest access The entire Studio and private garden is available to the guests. The pool is communal. Guests may enjoy several amenities offered by the complex.
