The space This first floor (there are some stairs up from the basement garage but our building can be entered from street level without stairs), 2 bedroom condo unit is fully equipped with all amenities needed to have an amazing vacation skiing at Deer Valley or Park City, enjoying the outdoors, or visiting the Jordanelle Reservoir. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and all the amenities. There is a keyless entry to the condo, an access code will be provided to you before check in. An access code will be provided for access to the parking garage level of the building, with 2 dedicated, covered parking spaces. Guests also have access to a separate club house that includes a gym, pool table, ping pong, pool, hot tub, children's playground, pickleball and basketball court. Hot tub is available all year, the outdoor pool is only open during the summer. Other things to note 0.9 miles to Deer Valley ski resort The Jordanelle Express Gondola and visitor parking area is a very short drive from the condo. Along with a new Deer Valley East Village with expanded parking, amenities and new lifts and runs. Deer Valley does limit skier capacity on a few of the busiest ski days each year, so purchase passes in advance. Ikon Pass holders get 7 days of skiing at Deer Valley and must make a reservation. 9.2 miles to Park City Mountain Resort Park City Mountain Resort and the combined Canyons ski area has over 40 lifts and enough terrain to keep skiers and snowboarders entertained forever. Epic Pass holders get unlimited ski days at Park City. 2 miles to Jordanelle Reservoir State Park Fish, wakeboard, waterski, canoe, or motorboat along the beautiful waters of Jordanelle Reservoir. Boat ramp, personal watercraft ramp, dry storage, wet slips, and boat and wave runner rentals.
