Relax with the whole family at this peaceful former coal miners cottage. Beautiful secluded garden surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery and close to lakes and reservoir. Perfect for hiking and sightseeing. The space *Important - The property has undergone a thorough deep clean, leaving it spotless! I am also employing a professional cleaner, as she tells me she’s OCD and loves cleaning and can’t wait for her next opportunity! I have also recently added a brand new washing machine, Ninja double air fryer and microwave, so everything is now up to date and complete. Other things to note We have recently addressed some slight issues, with steepish stairs as the house is on three floors, we have added attractive oak and stainless steel hand rails to each staircase, making it far easier to access, especially if you have a disability, they have not only made it easier to climb but they look good! We have also replaced the rear door lock as the old one stuck slightly, with a 5 lever version, and have repainted it with a beautiful turquoise colour! (Please see recently added photos.) The house is now regularly deep cleaned and is presented in a very neat and tidy fashion. Feel free to help yourselves to any food provided, please make yourselves at home. There is no issue with parking outside the house regardless of double yellow lines, the last time anybody was issued with a ticket was about 20 years ago! Please enjoy my home, but respect it!
