“Snug” On Green

Get “SNUG” in our cozy little cottage. Centrally located, a block from the public hospital, local coffee shop and hotel with beer garden. 10- 20min walk to some lovely restaurants and the main shopping precinct My home becomes yours… stop for a while, relax, cozy up and enjoy! ☺️ PLEASE NOTE: More than 2 guests sharing a bedroom pay $20/person/night. The space 2 Queen sized beds Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and electric blankets on the beds. Gas log heater and ceiling fan in lounge as well as reverse cycle heating/cooler. Outdoor dining and chimenea (please ensure fire is out before leaving it unattended) & ensure there are no fire restrictions in place. Bath towels and bed linen supplied. High chair and portacot on request, no linen / blankets provided for portacot, please byo. Feel free to use, tea, coffee, milk etc and basic condiments. Pots pans etc and basic cooking supplies available. Enjoy the magazines or flick through a book .Please do not take them home with you, I’d like everyone to be able to enjoy them.😊 Please let me know if there’s anything I could improve on that would make your stay more enjoyable or you think I could change. I am planning on renovating the “Snugg” when my “Snugger” is complete at the end of the garden, so watch this space🧡 and enjoy your time here… Guest access I shall leave a key out for you, you may lock key inside when you leave, thanks. If any rooms or cupboards are locked or closed please do not use. The driveway is shared with my neighbour, please be respectful. Other things to note Carport is NOT included, private carspace is for the people staying in the Snugger at the back of the property only. You are able to park out the front of the house, free on street parking. The owner and people renting out the Snugger will be using the carport access through back wire gate.
