There's something for everyone in this peaceful rural retreat. The space Please note - The swimming pool is only open for guest use from 8th May until mid-September. The pool is not heated, the water temperature is normally around 21 °C (depending on the outside air temperature). My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note Sleeps - 6 Beds - 1 x King, 1 x double, 2 x singles Bed linen - High quality bed linen, including towels are supplied - Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days Toiletries and Consumables - We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by Pets - Unfortunately we are not able to accept dogs at this property Wi-Fi Speed - Upload Speed: TBC - Download Speed: TBC - Last checked on: TBC Restricted areas - There is a swimming pool located to the side of the property. This is currently out of use. Please do not attempt to enter the pool, or walk on the cover. Do not allow children or animals to play in the area directly around the pool - The trampoline in the garden is well used, and potentially slippery. We advise guests not to use the trampoline. Child Friendly - This is a child friendly property. However, this property does not come with a travel cot or high chair. Address - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details. Guest Notices - The fireplace in the main living room is out of action. Please do not attempt to light a fire - Please do not touch the robotic lawn mower - Please do not use the pool or walk on the pool cover - Please do not use the trampoline - Parties are strictly prohibited - Smoking is strictly prohibited - Extra guests are not allowed - Please respect our lovely neighbours, and keep the noise down - No shoes on inside please - Candle are strictly prohibited - This is your home away from home, please care for it as such - Please make sure to lock the doors and all the windows when leaving the property - Please be mindful of energy usage during your stay. Please switch off lights and turn down the heating when leaving the property CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule. My property management team will be available 24/7 via Airbnb, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
