Joyful holidays in perspective in this 60s house, ideal for families (6 pers), with its large closed plot, 2 terraces, cocooning, sea and beachesjust a short walk away. It offers a large living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces with outdoor dining areas (plancha) and garden furniture. NB: 6/07-31/08 rental from Sunday to Sunday per full weeks. Nearby: the port of Brusc, the island of Gaou, the island of Embiez, the famous market of Sanary The space Charm of the old and modern amenities, the house is in the style of the 60s, both inside and out. You'll see typical floors of the era, wooden shutters and their characteristic Z, and a collection bathroom! But the amenities offer quality and comfort so you can have a great holiday there. The property is located In the sought-after village of Le Brusc, in a secure residential area,. For your tranquillity, you can park several vehicles on the protected grounds. A small beach is at 100m, the large beach of Le Cros at 6mn walk. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a back kitchen, a large living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 terraces. Double glazing except for one of the bedrooms. Bed linen is provided. Towels are rented if needed, 10€ per set and per person (1 bath sheet, 1 towel). The cleaning package (150€) is included in the price communicated to you. Kitchen: crockery and cutlery, many kitchen utensils, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with 4 burners, microwave etc. Back-kitchen with washing machine, ice machine very popular in summer, 2 clothes racks, iron and ironing board. Living room: 2 sofas 2 places, 2 armchairs, TV and coffee table, dining table, large ceiling fan. 1 old-fashioned bathroom: bathtub and sink 1 independent toilet (a 2nd toilet is in the toilet that overlooks the East terrace, evening photos bathroom) Rooms: - 2 bedrooms with twin beds in 80 (so bed in 160 if twin), one with glass door opening to the east terrace, the other with window on the west front. For each room, duvets for single bed configuration and duvets for twin bed configuration - 1 queen size bedroom, window on terrace est. In each room: ceiling fan, ample storage space, good quality bedding, bed linen Good quality bedding, linen provided (beds made on arrival). Each room is independent and enclosed, obscured by wooden shutters. A small toilet is located between the two twin bedrooms. For our friends babies, an umbrella bed, a bathtub, and an Ikea high chair. For your pleasure: books and board games. For the winter: electric convectors, and duvets Outside: 1 south tiled terrace, access from the living room and/or the main entrance: dining table 6 people, additional chairs, large parasol. 1 east facing terrace, tiled, large dining table, large parasol and garden furniture. A gas plancha, mobile according to your needs. A space shaded by a magnificent fig tree. An old rest bed for welcome naps. A garden furniture 4-5 places: a sofa, 2 armchairs (not in the pictures but in place from May to October) A tiny bathroom : small shower, washbasin, toilet. Large ground enclosed in earth... and ball and petanque balls! Beaches: A small beach is right next to the house. Shops Many shops and services are in the immediate vicinity at the port of Brusc, 5 min drive, 15 min walk along the sea, or 6 min bike along the cycle path. Supermarkets are about 12 min away and a large shopping area is 20 min away. There is no shortage of tourist attractions, a non-exhaustive guide will be sent to you before your arrival. Here are some examples: The Gaou Island 9 minutes away (accessible on foot by footbridge) and the port of Brusc 5 minutes away (boarding for the Embiez Island) The famous markets of Sanary and Bandol. Sanary, its seafront, its many shops. (12 minutes) Bandol, its beaches and its gaming casino, its wine estates (25 minutes) For enthusiasts, kilometers of cycle paths await you between Bandol, Sanary, and the port of Brusc The craft village of Castellet (30 minutes) Le Coudoux Parc (Accrobranche – 6 minutes) The coastal path and in particular the part of Cap Sicié, that of Cap Nègre. Other things to note There is no air conditioning but the walls are thick and the ceiling fans are largely as effective at maintaining a pleasant temperature. Towels can be rented, but you will need to bring your beach towels.
