Waipu Family Home

Our home is perfect for families, set on a generous half acre section, only a short stroll or bike ride to Waipu township. Enjoy a walk round the Waipu River walk loop for your coffee or take the kids to Waihoihoi park to play. Enjoy the cafes, restaurants, art gallery and opshops Waipu has on offer. Only 3 mins drive to the white sands of Uretiti Beach, or 10-12 mins to Waipu Cove and Langs Beach. We have a tree hut, swing, basketball and netball hoops, and plenty of room for the kids to play. The space Our property is a lived in family home, so does show some signs of wear and tear on the walls. We are right on the Te Araroa Trail, so if you are doing this section of the hike, you might choose to stay a few days in Waipu to rest up! We are on a waste water system, so please use the cleaning products provided (mainly Eco Store). The master bedroom has a super-king bed, small TV, wardrobe and ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and wardrobe in each. The playroom has a boxing bag, gloves, a few weights and an elliptical/ cross trainer machine for your use. Also a TV with chrome cast. We have an old school trampoline that has provided hours of fun, but doesn’t have any safety pads or nets. We can flip it and move it to the bottom of the section if you prefer your kids don’t use it. Guest access Whole house except for garage which is locked. Other things to note With the garage being locked, we do not provide a washing machine or dryer, but there is a fantastic, clean and affordable laundromat in Waipu.
