Enjoy an unparalleled view of the Willamette in our home! 5 minutes to groceries, 15-20 minutes to Eugene/UofO/Autzen, 10-15 minutes to Springfield, 25 minutes to the Airport. Easy to find, right on a major road! Expect road/train noise. 1 BR, 1 Living Room, Full Bath. Space for boat/RV parking, but no ramp/river access. 5 minutes from parks with swimming access and boat ramps. Please note, this isn't a polished Airbnb provided by a company, just us sharing our home to help make improvements! The space You will have access to an entire Apartment in our Duplex on the River. You will have 1 Full-sized Bed, 1 full/private bath, private Living Room, Full private Kitchen and half the Deck to enjoy! The deck has a large gate/privacy screen to split the two sides. the interior of the home is separated by an interior door which remains locked during your stay. We will be on the other side of the home during your stay! Notes about the "vineyard" category: There are two wineries located within 15 minutes of us. 1 is a tasting room run out of the owners garage (don't let the untraditional setting scare you away, it's great wine!), booked by appointment only or on the first Saturday of the month. The other winery is open only on weekends and is also a small producer growing grapes on her rural property! The majority of the tradtional wineries are upwards of 30 - 40 minutes away south west of Eugene or having tasting rooms in town. We cannot control this category, it is automatically assigned! There is a small front yard which is only partially fenced and we are located on Jasper Rd, a major thoroughfare to Springfield with high speed traffic. We are generally not suitable for dogs due to these concerns. We do not allow access down to the river, as the ground is uneven and there are no handrails. Guest access You can use the whole driveway, front yard, and the half of the deck. Guests should not go to our side of the house/yard.
