This is a deposit by bank imprint (therefore not cashed). Any item that is broken, damaged or missing will be billed. For more than two people, there is a supplement of 10 euros per night per additional person. A barbecue is available. However, there will be a charge of 50 euros for cleaning the BARBECUE GRATES for you (from July 2025) (Scotch Brite and washing-up liquid available under the sink). Ashes must not be left in the barbecue or thrown onto the terrace or grounds, but must be disposed of in the outside rubbish bin. A charge of 20 euros will be made for any cleaning carried out on your behalf. YOUR ANIMAL will be welcome if it is clean and well behaved, at the rate of ONE in the house, ON REQUEST and at the rate of 25 euros for their entire stay. You are responsible for your pet and must not allow it to roam in front of or behind the two neighbouring properties, La Sensée and Les Coquelicots. A charge of 50 euros will be made for the removal of pet faeces from the car park, grounds or terrace, regardless of the breed of your pet and the quantity to be removed. Please bring all the necessary items (plastic bags, etc.). SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and ENERGY SAVING : Almost everything has been designed to limit energy consumption and environmental impact. For example, the houses are built from timber frames, all the windows have roller shutters, and the installation of heat pumps and the choice of water heaters all help to save energy.
