Based on a working farm and close to the beach, it is ideally positioned to make the most of enjoying family time away in a unique setting. It is so welcoming when you come through the door; the persian style rugs and red leather sofa with bright cushions work really well against the slate grey floor tiles and exposed stone work on the main wall to your left. Part of the ceiling is the full height of the building, which with the skylight allows plenty of light to come through. Just behind the sitting area is the kitchen / diner. A modern, farm style kitchen with cream units and granite worktop. The round kitchen table and chairs create a very sociable and homely space; just what you need for those family breakfast and dinner times. The double bedroom is located on the ground floor, off from the kitchen. A four poster bed is the main focus of the room accompanied by cream, rustic wardrobes. The en-suite for this room has the jacuzzi style bath along with a shower. The second bedroom is a closed off mezzanine type setup. A family room sleeping 3 with a double and a single is situated up here. The pine beds and the apex ceiling really makes this a cosy but spacious bedroom and if you have kids in tow, they will love it up here. The second bathroom has a new large shower along with a WC and washbasin the purple brick style tiles look great in here. Stabal-Sarn is part of 3 properties which when rented together can sleep up to 16 people (please refer to property Sarn). Whilst each individual cottage has its own outside space and privacy, there is a large, shared open space where you will find football goals, swings, climbing frame and a 14ft trampoline along with a gas BBQ. There is also plenty of parking. Other things to note A 12 minute drive to a beach. Shared garden. Shared Laundry Room Washer, Dryer, Ironing board & Iron Plus freezer.
