Upon entering the front door of Flat 208, you will be greeted by the glow of natural sunlight and an open floor plan. The space This updated space has hardwood floors throughout, a breakfast bar with seating for two, all the kitchen essentials (including coffee station), and a dining area with seating for four. The primary bedroom is complete with a king size bed, 40" TV, oversized closet, and a micro office. On your way to the primary suite, you will find the secondary bedroom, with queen size bed and desk, as well as the stylish full bathroom with double vanity sinks. Indulge in your favorite shows and movies on the 50" TV while relaxing on the spacious sectional in the living room. Guest access The building itself is located right off I-315/ Olentangy highway. Upon arriving at Olentangy Terrace, guests can park in the open lot. You will see an exposed brick front entrance with white pillars and pendant lights. A code will be required to enter the building. The mail room will be behind the first set of doors. The second door brings you into the foyer. From here, take the stairs to the top floor - Door 208 will be on the left.
