There are 3 pools, a snack bar, paddleball courts, and a gym for your use. Across the street you will find many restaurants and stores selling everything from food to medicine and souvenirs. Golf courses are in close proximity as are running and bike trails. Life is good in Ixtapa! The space This oceanfront condo, on the 14th floor in Ixtapa, was built to maximize its ocean and mountain views. It is one of the few floors of the building with balconies which stretch across the entire ocean side of the condo, providing sea views from 2 of the bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas. There are sliding glass doors with blackout shades along this side. When needed, you can lower or raise the shades by remote. Besides the indoor dining room space with table, there is a patio table to also use for meals or to enjoy your first coffee of the morning. in addition, we offer several sets of binoculars so that you can catch a glimpse of the whales and dolphins which swim in the bay in front of our condo during season. Guest access Guests can access most of the condo, including the kitchen, living and dining areas, balcony space, and 3 bedroom s as well as their ensuite bathrooms. The pantry and fourth bedroom which stores the owners' personal items are not available. The owners will also make available loungers and floaties, which can be used in the pools, as well as beach towels.
