We offer a cozy room in a warm and spacious home, perfect for a peaceful stay. Hot water is always available, and essential amenities like a washing machine are provided. Guests can use the kitchen for simple tasks like making coffee or using the microwave; however, full cooking is not permitted. The house is 25 minutes from the city center, and a lovely river flows in front. With only three residents, you’ll enjoy a quiet and secure environment. We look forward to welcoming you! The space Our home offers a range of features for a comfortable stay. You’ll have access to a spacious living room, perfect for relaxing. We also have a lovely garden where you can unwind outdoors. For extra convenience, there’s a garage available to store your luggage securely. Whether indoors or outdoors, you’ll find plenty of space to enjoy during your stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house! You’ll have access to the spacious living room where you can relax, watch TV, or enjoy some quiet time. There’s also a laundry area available if you need to do laundry during your stay. Whether you want to unwind indoors, read a book, or simply enjoy some downtime, our home provides plenty of space to make yourself comfortable. We want you to feel completely at home and have the best possible experience throughout your stay. During your stay If you need any assistance during your stay, we are just a message or call away! You can reach us via the Airbnb messaging app, and we’ll respond as quickly as possible to help with any questions or concerns. We’re happy to assist with local recommendations, directions, or anything else to make your stay more comfortable. Your comfort and convenience are our top priority! Other things to note The washing machine can be used only once a week. The kitchen is available for simple uses (such as making coffee or using the microwave); cooking meals is not allowed. After leaving your room, please make sure to open the windows and ventilate the room to prevent the formation of mold or similar issues. We don’t have a WiFi at the moment.
