While your suite is exclusively yours, the backyard, waterfront, dock, laundry room are shared with other guests. WILDLIFE NOTICE: As part of the beautiful Pacific Northwest environment, you may occasionally encounter spiders or other insects both inside and outside the property. The plants and flowers around the house may also attract bees and wasps in the outdoor areas. Additionally, it is not uncommon for local wildlife, including a family of raccoons, to wander through the vicinity. Guest access Welcome to our Guest Suite located at Lake Serene!!! Our goal is to provide a cozy, comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable accommodation option to our guests. With your own private outside entrance and a shared large backyard to enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful lake access and view, this guest suite provides a bedroom (queen sized bed) with a smart TV, and FREE high-speed WiFi. The bathroom (tub and shower combo) is stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and extra toilet paper. The suite is accessed via smart lock; guest will receive a code in advance before the check in time. The number of guests in the reservation is the maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time, not just overnight. No additional guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. Other things to note Please note: Fishing in most of lakes in Washington including lake Serene requires proper license. You can buy a fishing license at Fred Meyer grocery store.
