"Forgey House" Just off Campus

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The Forgey House is newly remodeled and conveniently located across from the University of Rio Grande campus. Enjoy the coffee bar, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, cozy beds and newly remodeled bathroom. Come stay at the Forgey House and dig the vibes of 1980's mobile home chic! The space *You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect. *Local residents must contact us before booking. *Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Makeup/foundations towels are provided. *Quiet hours: 11pm- 7am *NO CATS ALLOWED! Dogs are welcome but we do ask that you let us know when your bringing your fur baby! Please be sure to clean up after your pooch and if they suffer from separation anxiety please be sure to crate them if you will leaving for extended periods of time. *Trash pickup is Thursday night. Please be sure to have all your trash, IN BAGS, in the trashcan located outside the home Thursday evening. Other things to note Local residents MUST contact us prior to booking.
