This spacious property includes a main house, 2 stylish separate apartments, and exceptional amenities: a large pool, lush tropical gardens, paddle court, mini-golf, and sauna. The space Perfect for Groups and Families! Accommodates up to 16 Guests: 12 adults + 4 children (on sofa beds). MAIN HOUSE (accommodates up to 8 guests): 290 m² of living space on a single floor 4 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (can be configured as two single beds) 3 bathrooms Fully equipped kitchen Height-adjustable desk and ergonomic chair in each bedroom INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS (each accommodates up to 4 guests):* -Two apartments with separate entrances (65 m² each) - Bathroom and fully equipped kitchen - Loft bedroom with a king-size bed - Living room with TV and sofa bed (140 cm) - Height-adjustable desk and ergonomic chair - Private terrace and garden *The independent apartments will be available based on the number of guests in the reservation. For groups of up to 8 guests, only the main house will be provided. If the group is larger, one or both apartments will be opened according to the total number of guests in the booking. There will never be other guests outside the reservation on the property, ensuring exclusive use throughout the stay. OUTDOOR AND LEISURE AREAS: - Heated swimming pool with aerothermal and solar energy (12x6 meters) - Large covered porch with a pergola next to the pool, featuring an outdoor dining area and chill-out space - Native garden with walking paths and peaceful spots for relaxation - Paddle tennis court - Ping pong table - Private 9-hole mini golf course - Sauna - Petanque court - Vegetable garden LOCAL AMENITIES: A restaurant within walking distance. Several more restaurants and a minimarket are 4 km away. Guest access - Weekly cleaning (for stays longer than 8 days), including a change of towels and bed linens, and light surface cleaning. The cleaning day will be scheduled in advance according to the arrival date. - We provide our guests with still and sparkling mineral water. - Fresh vegetables from our garden (subject to availability). - The gardener works in the garden several days a week, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, ensuring not to disturb the peace of our guests. Usually, the pool is cleaned early in the morning, but we can arrange a different time if preferred.. - You can leave the trash in a designated place, and the gardener will take care of its removal. - Wifi (Starlink satellite) available throughout the house, apartments and terrace. - 85'' Smart TV in the living room and 55'' in the apartments - JBL portable speaker - Stay active and have fun. We provide a wide range of sports equipment, including gear for paddle tennis, badminton, ping pong, mini golf, pétanque, yoga, an elliptical bike, small weights, a basketball hoop, goals, and a pool ball. Other things to note Due to the house's design with many windows and high ceilings, it's not possible to completely darken the bedrooms. If you're very sensitive to light, we recommend bringing a sleep mask or considering other accommodation options. In the house, mobile coverage is very limited; we recommend making calls through messaging apps.
