You will find a large friendly living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, filter coffee machine, electric cooktop), living room and television, ideal for sharing good times after a day of discovery. 🏡 An outdoor space to relax You will have access to an outdoor space shared with our house, designed as a small relaxation area: a friendly guinguette to enjoy summer evenings a barbecue for alfresco dining a rural setting in the middle of the property's animals: goats, sheep, pony, pig, chickens, geese and ducks a real pleasure for kids and adults alike! 📍 A rich region to discover Our accommodation is conveniently located for exploring the treasures of Eure-et-Loir: the famous Chartres Cathedral and its historic center the charming “Little Venice of Beauce” in Bonneval many castles and villages with character beautiful hikes around the Conie Valley and throughout the surrounding countryside Whether you are a nature lover, heritage lover or simply looking for tranquility, our accommodation will be the perfect base for your stay. ✨ We look forward to welcoming you and introducing you to our little corner of the countryside! We offer the optional breakfast (€10/person) to be booked the day before before 6pm it consists of: - a hot drink (Coffee, Tea or Chocolate ) - Fresh bread - a baked goods (chocolate or croissant bread) - half-salt butter - Homemade jam (2 choices depending on achievements) - yogurt pets are welcome You can park in our private parking lot, the grounds are fenced and the gate is closed all night.
