The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen trade fair, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg Airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. From the property, it is only a 7-minute walk to Bönningstedt train station. Currently, there is a rail replacement service to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg. The space The lovingly furnished apartment is ideal for one to three people. There is fast and unlimited Internet access throughout the apartment. The large and spacious living room offers a cozy sofa bed and a seating area to linger. The smart TV can be connected to well-known streaming services. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine and a Nespresso capsule machine. We provide coffee capsules, dishwasher tabs and washing powder upon arrival. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower, towel dryer, hairdryer, sink with vanity cabinet, a mirror cabinet and a washer-dryer. Fresh towels are available. In the bedroom there is a large 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and a desk. This is ideal for office work. The apartment has a double bed for 2 people. The sofa bed in the living room (1.40 x 2.0 m) could accommodate an additional 1 person. From the bedroom and the living room, you have access to a small terrace with two chairs and a side table.
