Ranchito Valicero, a little piece of paradise 150 meters from the sea and 2 blocks from the main road, equipped for two people who love each other, for rent! A hidden corner in harmony with nature, embraced by acacias and overlooking the mountain and the sea. Two floors, downstairs kitchen, bathroom and living room, plus a nice gallery to enjoy the purest air... Upstairs, bedroom with double bed, balcony terrace and the best viewpoint of the bar: 360 degree view towards the dunes, the sea, the mountain, the forest... get your fill of Valizas! The space This little house was designed to coexist harmoniously with the nature that surrounds it, a space to experience sustainable life without giving up comfort. Built mostly of wood, it works 100% off grid; through solar energy it obtains energy to illuminate the house and provide water. To take care of the delicate balance of the wetlands and groundwater so typical of the area, we use the dry or compostable toilet system with urine separator. Solid waste is then deposited in a composter located behind the house (along with all organic waste). Also, in the bathroom completely renovated in 2022, the house has a single-lever sink, hygienic shower and hot water shower. For gray water treatment, it has a built-in wetland system where water is recycled for irrigation. The kitchen, renovated this year, has large windows, a two-burner stove and everything you need for cooking: dishes, cutlery and utensils. If you like cooking, you will also find a variety of aromatic plants in the house's garden. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house and its surroundings, where there are various corners with benches to enjoy the surroundings. Other things to note The house has two areas. Downstairs there is a kitchen, sink, dry bathroom and shower with hot water, a nice bar with stools and a single bed as a sofa. Upstairs is the bedroom, with a wonderful 360° view of the ocean, dunes and mountain. It has a double bed and a new mattress, a large storage space and an access door to the balcony overlooking the sunset.
