Geograficamente is located in Paço do Lumiar, but it is practically a neighborhood of the capital. Situated in the neighborhood of Maioba, the Guarujá II Condominium has in its surroundings restaurants, bars, pharmacies, markets, bakery, gym, Shopping and Acqua Park. It is an ideal space for family travel, work, medical treatment and long stays. The space The apartment is convenient and functional, ready to provide the best you need to enjoy your stay. It's to feel at home. Relax in a cozy atmosphere and with everything within easy reach. To make the stay more enjoyable, I leave basic consumption items available for guests (salt, cooking oil and hygiene and cleaning items). Living Room: dining table with 4 chairs, sofa, footrest, 50" TV (SMART - ROKU EXPRESS), Bluetooth sound system (Home Theater), large balcony with ceiling and floor clotheslines. Kitchen Complete: frost free refrigerator, 20 litre bottle type drinker, 4-bit stove, microwave, fryer (air fryer), electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, mixer, 11kg washing machine and full household utensils (dining appliance, cutlery, faker and set of pots (2 pressure pans)). Bedroom 1: double bed, pillows, blankets, rack and air CONDITIONING. Bedroom Suite: queen bed, pillows, blankets, wardrobe, dresser, 32”TV and air CONDITIONING. Social Bathroom: simple shower, box, sink with built-in closet and mirror. Bathroom Suite: electric shower, box, sink with built-in cabinet and mirror. In the apartment there is WiFi Internet, safety net on the balcony and windows, and also a resting network can be armed on the balcony, living room or room 1. It also has security cameras throughout the outside area. Guest access The condominium is located on the Maioba road, which facilitates transportation by urban bus. In front of the condominium there are bars and restaurants, and at night, the condominium itself and neighboring condominiums sell snacks. After making the reservation, the guest must inform the Host of the personal data (full name and CPF) of all guests and vehicle license plate (if any), for registration at the Concierge and thus facilitate access to the condominium during check-in. This is a collective security and control measure for the Condominium. Please be mindful of the number of guests specified in your reservation. The guest will be welcomed by a co-host (Mrs. Lindinalva). She resides in the condominium and has flexible hours to receive you. She is responsible for providing all necessary accommodation information during check-in and check-out. The apartment is located in block 1, 2nd floor (no elevator). To gain access, the co-host will provide the ID Tag that will allow access to the block and 1 key that gives access to the apartment. They must be returned to the co-host at check-out. Never leave them at the front desk (they do not accept them). Parking with 1 spot available. For other cars or visitors, the condominium has a large parking lot in the outdoor area. USE OF THE LEISURE AREA # Monday to Saturday – From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Upon booking, a fee of R$ 50.00 will be generated. (16 tables, 58 chairs and a horizontal freezer are available). # Sunday and holidays – From 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The first to arrive is entitled to 1 table and 4 chairs per apartment. POOL OPERATION # Monday (closed for maintenance). # Tuesday and Wednesday (open 6 a.m. to 11:50 p.m.). # Thursday (closed for maintenance). # Friday, Saturday and Sunday (open 6 a.m. to 11:50 p.m.). Note: if the holiday is on Monday or Thursday, the pool will be open. Other things to note We will deliver the apartment clean and ready for your stay. The guest should take care of the place as if it were their own. Obviously, you won't need to clean everything, but it's a good idea to leave the space organized (just as you found it). Leave the dishes clean and remove the trash, discarding it in the location determined by the condominium. The guest is responsible for cleaning and organizing the property during the stay. NOTE: DURING LONG STAYS, GUESTS STAYING OVER BETWEEN ENERGY METER READING INTERVALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT OF THE ENERGY BILL. THAT IS, IF DURING THE STAY THE GUEST REMAINS WITHIN THE PERIOD OF 30 DAYS OR MORE. During the stay, the guest can hire a daily housekeeper I trust, at an extra cost of R$ 80. The service must be contracted 24 hours in advance and scheduled in advance. DAMAGE: Any damage to the property will be the responsibility of the guest, the repair or replacement of the damaged item. If by chance there is any damage beyond normal wear and tear, the Host should be informed as soon as possible to find a reasonable solution. PETS: Guests should NOT bring any pets into the apartment, as it is determined as “no pets” in the House Rules.
